You sure can. We’re currently still able to accept orders and ship within US. Check our website for newest product drops and our usual free standard shipping when orders over $15!
WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED?
We’re trying to. Minor delays are happening.
Our working mode is, whenever we receive orders, we use Amazon FBA in US to ship out our products. We are using Amazon FBA as our warehouses, and they are responsible for our shipments as well. Sometimes Amazon FBA needs more time to pickup your orders especially under Covid-19 situation.
So it may take a few days for you to receive your shipping confirmation email. So don't panic, we've received your order & are working as quickly as we can to dispatch it, without compromising the safety of our team.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
Our advice on returns at the moment is to not rush. We’ve extended our returns policy to from 30 days to 60 days to give everyone plenty of time to return items to us when it’s safe to do so. Thank you; stay safe.
IS THERE ANY RISK TO SHOPPING ONLINE?

HAS COVID-19 IMPACTED NAVISKIN'S SUPPLY CHAIN?
Currently, our production operations haven’t been impacted by the spread of COVID-19. We’re monitoring the situation very closely, working with local authorities in affected regions and following the advice of the World Health Organisation. The welfare and health of our suppliers are a top priority for us. Should the authorities recommend taking additional action, we’ll be sure to follow their guidance.
